1. Go to the EmailIndustries website and click “Privacy & Terms” in the footer

2. Click the link under ‘Privacy Policy’

3. Click “data subject access request”

You will be redirected to EmailIndustries privacy policy.

Scroll down to the ‘How to Exercise Your Rights’ section.

Click the “data subject access request” link.

4. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.

The website field should be pre-filled (with “Email Industries”).

Enter your name and the email address you use to access Email Industries.

Select who you’re submitting the request for.

The law under which you’re making your request should already be pre-filled (with “CCPA”).

Select your request type.

Enter any additional details regarding your request (optional).

Click the three confirmation boxes.

Click the “Submit” button.
