Opt out of ExlServicePrivacy-Policy in five steps.
1. Go to the ExlService website and click “Privacy Policy” in the footer
Go to https://www.exlservice.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Privacy Policy” in the footer.
2. Click “here” under ‘How to submit a request’
You will be redirected to the ExlService privacy policy.
Scroll down to ‘8. Data Subject Rights’ and then ‘How to submit a request.’
Click the hyperlinked “here” in the second last bullet point.
3. Fill out the form
A new tab with an online form will open. Fill the form out.
Select your country/region of residence and state.
Click the “Next” button.
Select your request type. You can only select one request at a time (if you select multiple, you will not be able to submit the form).
Select your relationship to ExlService.
Enter your first name, last name, and email.
You can enter your phone number, but this field is optional.
Select your country and state.
Select who you’re making this request for.
Enter any additional details related to your request (optional).
Click the two confirmation checkboxes.
Click the “Submit Request” button.
4. Note the code
ExlService will show you a code.
Write this code down, or keep the tab with this code open.
4. Click the email confirmation link
ExlService will send you an email confirmation link. You will need to paste the code into this link.
In a new tab, go to your email inbox.
Find the email from ExlService and click the “Confirm Email” link within it.
Note: If you don’t see the email from ExlService, check your spam folder.
5. Enter the code
A new page will open up, asking you for the code you got previously.
Enter the code.
Your ExlService opt-out request was submitted.
