1. Go to the FinThrive website and click “CCPA Privacy Notice” in the footer
Go to https://finthrive.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Click “webform” under ‘Exercising Access, Data Portability, Deletion and Correction Rights’
You will be redirected to FinThrive’s CCPA Privacy Notice.
Scroll to the ‘Exercising Access, Data Portability, Deletion and Correction Rights’ section.
Click the hyperlinked “webform.”
3. Fill out the form
A new tab will open up with an online form. Fill this form out.
Select your state.
Select your relationship to FinThrive.
Select your request type.
Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
Enter your request details.
Solve the captcha.
Attach any additional files to support your request (optional).
Click the “Submit” button.
FinThrive will send you an email to confirm your identity.
4. Click the email confirmation link
Go to your email inbox and find the email from FinThrive.
Note: If you don’t see the email from FinThrive, check your spam folder.
Click the “Confirm Email” button.
Your FinThrive opt-out request was submitted. FinThrive should process your request within 45 days.
