To opt out of Here, you must complete an online form and verify your request by responding to an email from Here. Your request should be processed after a waiting period.

Opt out of Here in three steps. 

1. Go to the Here website and click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer 

Go to https://www.here.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Click the hyperlinked “request form”

You will be redirected to a page about California privacy rights.

Click the hyperlinked “request form” in the second last paragraph of the page.

3. Fill out the form

You will see a form that will expand as you start filling it out. 

Select your relationship with HERE, your country, and your state residency. 

Select “Delete my Data” as your request type. 

Enter your first name, last name, and email address. 

Choose the appropriate answer beside “Are you submitting this request on behalf of someone else?” 

Click the “Submit” button. 

Here opt out form

Your request was submitted. 

Here will contact you in a few days via email to confirm your request. 

Respond to the email from Here with “Yes.”
