1. Go to the ID5 website and click “Opt Out” in the footer
Go to https://id5.io/ and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click “Opt Out” in the footer under ‘Privacy.’
2. Click “here” under ‘Methods of Submitting Requests’
Scroll to the ‘Your Rights under Certain U.S. State General Privacy Laws’ section.
Then, scroll to ‘Methods of Submitting Requests.’
Click the hyperlinked “here.”
3. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with a (very short) online form. Fill it out.
Select how you want to opt out (with ID5 User ID or email address. If the latter, enter your email address). You can select both options.
Click the “Opt Out” button.
Your ID5 opt-out request was submitted and processed. You are now opted out.
