Opt out of IQVIA in two steps. 

1. Go to the IQVIA website and click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer 

Go to http://iqvia.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer.

2. Fill out the form

Scroll down until you see an online form. Fill it out.

Select the right you want to exercise. You can select multiple options.

Enter your name, address, city, state, country, and zip code.

The telephone number field is optional.

Enter your contact email address. 

The ‘Email address used with the IQVIA’ field is optional.

Select your relationship with IQVIA. 

Leave a description of your interaction with IQVIA.

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.

Click the “Submit” button.

How to Contact IQVIA

You can also make your IQVIA opt-out request by emailing privacyofficer@iqvia.com.

Include you:

  • Name.
  • Physical address.
  • Email address.
  • Email address associated with your interactions with IQVIA (if different).
  • Telephone number.
  • Details about your interactions with IQVIA (including whether you are a patient or a healthcare professional).
