Opt out of ISSGovernance in two steps.
1. Go to the ISSGovernance website and click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer
Go to https://www.issgovernance.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer.
2. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with information on California privacy rights.
Scroll until you see an online form. Fill it out.
Click the checkbox to confirm you’re a California resident.
Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
Enter your CRD number if you are, or have been, a registered investment advisor (RIA) or broker dealer.
Enter your NPN number if you are, or have been, a licensed insurance agent.
Enter the right you want to exercise.
Click the “Submit Request” button.
Your ISSGovernance opt-out request was submitted.
3. Send a confirmation email
ISSGovernance will send you an email asking you to reply with your full name and confirmation that you are a California resident.
Note: If you don’t see the email from ISSGovernance, check your spam folder.
Reply with your first and last name and confirm that you are a California resident.
Note: You need to send a verification response in two weeks. Otherwise, your CCPA opt-out request will be closed.
Your ISSGovernance opt-out request was verified.
