Opt out of Lightcast in three steps. 

1. Go to the Lightcast website and click “Privacy” in the footer 

Go to https://lightcast.io/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Click “here” under ‘Data Subject Access Requests’

Scroll to ‘Miscellaneous.’

Click “here” under the ‘Data Subject Access Requests’ section.

3. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.

Select your country and state. 

Select who you are (student, customer, or employee).

Select your request type. You can select multiple options.

If you have a user account for any Lightcast Software Services, select these services.

Enter your first name, last name, and email. 

The phone number field is optional.

Enter any additional details (optional).

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox. 

Select any supporting files (optional).

Click the “Submit” button.

Your Lightcast opt-out request was submitted. 

Lightcast thank you message

A Lightcast representative will review it and contact you at the email you submitted. You will also receive an email confirmation that your opt-out request was received.
