Lotame Listing Removal Walkthrough

Opt out of Lotame in six steps. 

1. Go to the Lotame website and click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer 

Go to http://lotame.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer.

2. Click “Privacy Rights Request Form”

You will be redirected to the Lotame ‘Privacy Manager’ page.

Scroll about halfway through the page to the ‘Privacy Rights Request Form’ section.

Click the hyperlinked “Privacy Rights Request Form.”

3. Click “Delete your personal data”

Scroll to the ‘Select a Request Type’ section.

Click “Delete your personal data (includes all opt-outs and other restrictions on processing).”

4. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.

Note: Lotame will use your Lotame identifiers for your browser when you submit this form, so submit this form from a web browser and device you normally use. 

Enter your first name, last name, email, country, and state. 

Click the ‘By submitting this request, I confirm the above statement’ checkbox.

Click the “Submit” button. 

Your Lotame opt-out request was submitted. You will need to verify it by clicking on an email confirmation link that Lotame will send you. 

5. Click the email confirmation link

Go to your email inbox and find the email from Lotame.

Note: If you don’t see the email from Lotame, check your spam folder.

Click the “Verify My Identity” button. 

6. Click “Verify Identity”

Click the “Verify Identity” button. 

You’ve successfully verified your identity.

Lotame will display your request ID. Note this ID in case you need to contact Lotame about your request in the future.
