MCHData Listing Removal Walkthrough
Opt out of MCHData in four steps.
1. Go to the MCHData website and click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer
Go to http://mchdata.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer.
2. Enter your email
You will be redirected to a page with a (very short) online form. Scroll until you see it and fill it out.
Enter your email address.
Select whether you’re a resident of the state of California.
Click the “Submit” button.
3. Click the email confirmation link
MCHData will send you an email to confirm your identity.
Go to your email inbox and find the email from MCHData (it will come from “info@3138838.brevosend.com”).
Note: If you don’t see the email from MCHData, check your spam folder.
Click the link within it.
4. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.
Your email should already be pre-filled.
Enter your phone number (optional – you can also click the checkbox to say you don’t want to provide this information. However, there’s always the risk that without this information, MCHData will not be able to match you to a specific consumer or household).
Select whether you’re currently or have been in the past a customer of MCH.
Enter your name.
You can add another name (optional).
Enter the details of any companies you have been associated with (optional – you can also click the checkbox to say you don’t want to provide this information. However, there’s always the risk that without this information, MCHData will not be able to match you to a specific consumer or household).
Click the “Submit” button.
Your MCHData opt-out request has been submitted.
