MonitorBase is a borrower retention solution that takes a loan officer’s contact database and, using data from Experian and a predictive algorithm, helps them identify borrowers.
The platform sends loan officers predictive scenario alerts (for example, contacts that could benefit from a rate reduction), inquiry alerts (contacts who are shopping for a mortgage with a competitor), credit migration alerts (contacts whose mortgage payment history has improved), and listing alerts (customers whose property is listed for sale).
Use our step-by-step guide below to opt out of MonitorBase.
