MonitorBase is a borrower retention solution that takes a loan officer’s contact database and, using data from Experian and a predictive algorithm, helps them identify borrowers. 

The platform sends loan officers predictive scenario alerts (for example, contacts that could benefit from a rate reduction), inquiry alerts (contacts who are shopping for a mortgage with a competitor), credit migration alerts (contacts whose mortgage payment history has improved), and listing alerts (customers whose property is listed for sale).

Opt out of MonitorBase in two steps. 

Go to https://www.monitorbase.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer.

2. Scroll to the bottom and fill out the form

You will be brought to MonitorBase’s privacy policy. 

Scroll to the very bottom of it – you will see an online form. Fill it out.

Enter your first name, last name, email, phone number, street address, city, state, and postal code.

Click the “Request Deletion” button.

A message will display saying your request was submitted. It can take up to 24 hours for MonitorBase to process your request.
