Opt out of PayNet in three steps.
1. Go to the PayNet website and click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer
Go to http://paynet.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer.
2. Fill out the form
A new tab will open up with an online form. Scroll until you see the form and fill it out.
Enter your first name, last name, address, city, state, and zip code.
You can also enter additional information, such as your date of birth, SSN or ITIN, email, and phone number.
You don’t have to enter this information, but PayNet (Equifax) says that doing so might make it easier for them to locate your information and complete your request.
Click the acknowledgment checkbox.
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Click the “Go to Next Step” button.
3. Select the right you want to exercise
Choose the right you want to exercise.
Click the “Continue” button.
Your PayNet opt-out request was submitted and should be processed within 15 days.

You can also make a PayNet opt-out request by calling 1-866-295-6801 during PayNet’s regular business hours 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. ET Monday to Friday, and 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. ET Saturday and Sunday except holidays.
