Opt out of PBInfo in four steps. 

1. Go to the PBInfo website and click “Privacy Policy” in the footer 

Go to http://pbinfo.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Privacy Policy” in the footer.

2. Click “www.pbinfo.com/ca-privacy-policy/

You will be redirected to the PBInfo privacy policy.

Under ‘About This Privacy Policy,’ click “www.pbinfo.com/ca-privacy-policy.”

3. Click “www.pbinfo.com/crf

Scroll to the ‘E. Exercising Your Privacy Rights’ section.

Click “www.pbinfo.com/crf.”

4. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to the PBInfo Consumer Request Form. Fill it out.

Enter your name, mailing address, email, phone number, and date of birth. 

The SSN field is optional.

Select your request type.

Enter request details.

Select how you want to be contacted (email or mail).

Certify that you’re a resident of California.

Click the two consent checkboxes. 

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.

Solve the captcha.

Click the “Submit” button that appears after you solve the captcha.
