Opt out of Quad in three steps. 

1. Go to the Quad website and click “Submit a privacy request” in the footer 

Go to http://quad.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Submit a privacy request” in the footer.

2. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.

Select your state.

Select your relationship to Quad.

Enter your first name, last name, and email. 

Enter request details. 

Complete the captcha.

Attach any supporting files (optional).

Click the “Submit” button.

Quad will send you an email confirmation link.

3. Click the email confirmation link

Go to your email inbox.

Find the email from Quad and click the confirmation link within it.

Note: If you can’t see the email from Quad, check your spam folder.
