RecruitBot is a B2B data broker platform with a database of 600+ million candidates. Employers and recruiters can search for candidates using search criteria like location and job titles and then send personalized emails to them in bulk.

To opt out of RecruitBot, you must complete an online form, click an email confirmation link, and submit proof of identity, like a phone or utility bill. Your request should be processed after a waiting period.

Opt out of RecruitBot in eight steps. 

Go to https://recruitbot.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “CCPA” in the footer menu under ‘Company.’

2. Scroll and click “https://recruitbot.com/opt-out/” 

Scroll down to “Right to information, access and deletion.”

Click “https://recruitbot.com/opt-out/.”

3. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out. 

Enter your first name, last name, email, and message (specifying what your privacy request is, for example, deletion of personal information) in the form on the right side of your screen.

Your request was sent. RecruitBot will get in touch with you when it has been processed.

Several days after you send your request, you will receive an email from RecruitBot asking you to verify your identity. 

Note: If you don’t see the email from RecruitBot, check your spam folder. 

Click on the link in the email.

5. Enter your first name, last name, and email, and click “Send OTP” 

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill out all the mandatory fields.

You will need to verify your email before you submit the form. 

Click the “Send OTP” button.

6. Copy and paste the OTP from your email into the form 

In another tab, go to your email inbox, find the email from RecruitBot, and copy and paste the code RecruitBot sent you into the online form. 

Note: If you don’t see the email from RecruitBot, check your spam folder.

When you copy and paste the code into the appropriate field in the online form, you will see a checkmark.

7. Enter your address and upload a phone or utility bill

Continue filling out the online form. 

The LinkedIn Profile URL field is not mandatory, so you can leave it blank.

Enter your city, state/province/region, and country. 

Upload a copy of a utility or phone bill.

8. Select the relevant law and type in your request

Select the relevant law that you’re making your request under. 

Type in your request (for example, “Please delete all personal information you have about me.”) 

Click the “Submit” button.

You have filled out the identity verification form. RecruitBot should contact you “shortly.”
