Click the hyperlinked “linked Consumer Rights Request.”
3. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.
Enter your email, first name, last name, street address, city, and state/region.
Select whether you’re a consumer or an authorized agent.
Enter your email address.
Select your request type. You can select multiple options.
Attack supporting documents (optional).
The acknowledgment box should be pre-checked.
Click the “Submit” button.
Your ScrapingRobot opt-out request was submitted.
