1. Go to the SterlingStrategies website and click “Privacy Policy” in the footer
Go to https://sterling.ai/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Scroll down and click “Delete my personal information”
Scroll to the bottom of the privacy policy.
Click “Delete my personal information” under the ‘Your Privacy Rights’ section.
3. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.
Enter your email, first name, last name, phone number, address, and email.
Select requestor type.
Click the “Submit” button.
SterlingStrategies will send you an email to verify your identity.
4. Click the email confirmation link
Go to your email inbox and find the email from SterlingStrategies.
Note: If you don’t see an email from SterlingStrategies, check your spam folder.
Click the “Verify Your Email” button.
Your SterlingStrategies opt-out request was submitted.
