Opt out of T-MobileMarketing-Solutions in three steps. 

1. Go to the T-MobileMarketing-Solutions website and click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the footer 

Go to https://www.t-mobile.com/marketing-solutions and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the footer.

2. Click “opt-out here”

A pop-up window will appear.

Scroll to ‘Additional Controls.’

Click the “opt-out here” link.

3. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out. 

Select your device type.

Enter your advertising ID. 

To find your mobile advertising ID:

iOS device. Go to the App Store and download “The Identifiers” app. Open the app to find your advertising identifier. 

Android. open Settings, go to Privacy, click “Privacy,” click “Other privacy settings,” and click “Ads.” Your advertising identifier will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. 

Click the “Opt out” button. 

Note: There will be a lag when an advertising ID is removed from previously distributed targeting segments already active during opt-out. Also, opting out will not block general, random advertisements.
