Opt out of Throtle in three steps. 

1. Go to the Throtle website and click “Personal Information Manager” in the footer 

Go to https://www.throtle.io/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Personal Information Manager” in the footer.

2. Click “Delete my information”

You will see a list of different privacy requests you can make

Click the “Delete my information” button.

3. Fill out the form

Fill out all the required fields in the online form. 

Enter your first name, last name, and contact email address.

Click “I agree to Privacy & Consent Policies.”

Click the “Submit Delete Request” button.
