TrueData Listing Removal Walkthrough
Opt out of TrueData in two steps.
1. Go to the TrueData website and click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer
Go to http://truedata.co/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer on the right side.
2. Fill out the form
A new tab with an online form will open. Fill out all the mandatory fields.
Select your country and state.
Enter your email address.
You can also enter your mobile advertising identifier.
To find your mobile advertising identifier on an iOS device, go to the App Store and download “The Identifiers” app. Open the app to see what your advertising identifier is.
On Android, open Settings, go to Privacy, click “Privacy,” click “Other privacy settings,” and click “Ads.” Your advertising identifier will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
You can also enter your Connected TV Identifier.
Click “Opt-Out my current IP address.”
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox. Solve the CAPTCHA.
Click the “Submit” button.
Your TrueData opt-out request has been submitted.
You should receive a response from TrueData in a few days stating that your opt-out request was resolved. TrueData will also pass on your request to any relevant third parties.
