Click the “Search” button.
3. Select your profile
Select your profile from the list of results.
4. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.
Enter your email address, full name, address, and phone number.
Click the “Submit” button.
5. Click the email confirmation link
WeInform will send you an email to verify your identity.
Go to your email inbox and find the email from WeInform.
Note: If you don’t see an email from WeInform, check your spam folder.
Click the confirmation link to confirm your opt-out request.
