They collect consumer information through various sources, including third-party data providers and publicly available sources, and use it for purposes such as sharing it with their customers for their own business purposes.

Opt out of WindfallData in two steps. 

1. Go to the WindfallData website and click “Do Not Sell My Info” in the footer 

Go to http://windfalldata.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Do Not Sell My Info” in the footer.

2. Fill out the form

Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see an online form. Fill it out. 

Enter your first and last name, mailing address, email, and phone number. 

Select the right you want to exercise (Opt out of sale or Opt out of targeted advertising). 

Click the “I am human” checkbox. Solve the CAPTCHA.

Click the “Submit” button.

Your WindfallData opt-out request was received and will be processed “shortly.”

You can also make a WindfallData opt-out request by emailing privacy@windfall.com.

Make sure to include enough information for WindfallData to be able to uniquely identify you. Otherwise, they might not be able to satisfy your request.
