To opt out of XMode, you need to complete an online form. After that, your request should be processed after a waiting period.

Opt out of XMode in two steps. 

1. Go to the XMode website and click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer 

Go to http://xmode.io/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer.

2. Fill out the form

You will see an online form. Fill it out.

Enter your device ID (either an advertising ID or installation ID).

To find your advertising ID:

  • iOS device. Go to the App Store and download “The Identifiers” app to see what your advertising identifier is. 
  • Android. Open Settings, go to Privacy, click “Privacy,” click “Other privacy settings,” and click “Ads.” Your advertising identifier will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. 

Enter your email. 

Click the “Submit” button.

You can also make your XMode opt-out request by emailing privacy@outlogic.io or calling +1 (866) 346-9602 (toll-free).  

Note that XMode will need your Device ID—either an Advertising ID or an Installation ID—to process your request.
